As a native of Southern California, I relocated to Greenville in the late 90s and have since fallen in love with this town, which I now proudly call home with my wonderful wife and 2-year-old daughter. With a passion for baseball, cars, fine wine, and food, I have dedicated over 16 years to the restaurant industry and more than 20 years to hospitality. I thrive on meeting new people and sharing my knowledge with others.
Kitchen Manager
I’ve been with grill marks since 2017. I’ve loved what I’ve learned working in each position in our restaurant and with all locations. I’m excited to further my growth and continue delivering quality experiences for people.
General Manager
A native of New Orleans who moved to Columbia 2 years ago to be closer to her beautiful grandchildren. Recently took over the position of General Manager. She loves the water, being with her grandchildren, and exploring the area
Bar Manager
My name is Nathan Barnes and I’m the Bar Manager at Grill Marks of Columbia. I graduated college with a concentration in chemistry, and my passion is concocting perfect cocktails for every occasion. During my days off, I enjoy spending time with my son and playing pool.
